Ich habe hier eine Frage an die Künstler unter euch: wie macht ihr es, um inspiriert zu bleiben? Es ist ja nicht so, dass einen jeden Tag die Muse küsst und die Inspiration auf einen einströmt. Meistens ist es so – zumindest geht es mir so-, dass es schwierig ist innerhalb des Alltags die Kreativität am Fliessen zu halten.

Ich habe über die Jahre herausgefunden, dass es mir hilft, mit dem Handy die kleinen schönen Details um mich herum einzufangen. Ich fotografiere unglaublich viel und wild drauf los. Mir hilft das immer ein wenig kreativ zu bleiben, auch wenn ich und meine Staffelei mal wieder Romeo und Julia spielen (ich himmle sie an, aber sie (die Staffelei) kann nicht zu mir kommen).

Inspirations

I have a question here for the artists among you: how do you do it to stay inspired? It’s not like the muse kisses you every day and inspiration flows in. Most of the time – at least that’s how I feel – it’s difficult to keep creativity flowing within the daily routine.

I’ve found over the years that using my phone to capture the small beautiful details around me helps. I take an incredible amount of photos wildly. It always helps me stay a little creative, even when me and my easel are playing Romeo and Juliet (I adore it, but it (the easel) can’t come to me).
